Return Policy

We want your King Props order to arrive correctly and in good condition. Please review the return guidelines below before starting a return.

Return Window

Returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in the same condition received, and in the original packaging.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us at support@kingprops.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the problem and help with a replacement or resolution when applicable.

How to Start a Return

Email support@kingprops.com with your order number and reason for return. Do not send products back until we provide return instructions.

Refunds

After an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary by payment provider.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a damaged/defective item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom, personalized, used, damaged-after-delivery, or final-sale items may not be eligible for return.
